I’m here to help you flow through life feeling aligned, empowered, and at ease. My yoga classes are rooted in community, shared energy, and the power of showing up just as you are. In one-on-one bodywork and energy sessions, I’m able to slow down and tune in—holding space for the unique rhythms, needs, and layers of your experience. Whether we’re moving together or working hands-on, it’s all about creating space for your body, breath, and energy to reconnect and realign in a way that feels natural and nourishing.

My approach focuses on creating a calm, nurturing experience that invites balance and harmony into your life. Using gentle, flowing techniques, I aim to relax the nervous system, release tension, and encourage energetic alignment. My style works with your body’s natural rhythms to help it tap into its innate ability to heal.

Body and Energy Work

I teach yoga in a few welcoming spaces across Hatteras Island—offering weekly classes and occasional workshops. My approach blends movement and breath to create space in both body and energy, inviting ease, flow, and reconnection. Classes are grounding, accessible, and rooted in presence and play.
